The sign shall be read- <br />able from three directions (front, left and right), either with a three <br />or four -sided box (if approved by the appropriate City decision - making <br />bodies). <br />In addition to the above - mentioned standards, all signage shall be in <br />conformance with the City's Municipal Code and "Design and Developmment <br />Standards." In regard to any conflicting criteria, the more restrictive <br />shall apply. <br />15. Lighting: <br />Dealership lot and street lighting standards shall be as follows: <br />a. The type of luminaire and pole selected to be used for all ex- <br />terior lighting to be equivalent to the specifications found in <br />G.A.R.D.C.O. Lighting's 'Form Ten H' luminaire, with type three <br />medium cutoff reflector, or other acceptable alternative. <br />b. All bronze anodized aluminum luminaires shall be provided with 1000 <br />(one thousand) watt metal halide lamps. Street lighting will be <br />250 (two hundred fifty) watt high pressure sodium lamps. <br />c. The mounting height of all luminaires is to be twenty -four feet <br />from ground level. <br />- 19 - <br />
