existing building, structure or other improvement in the <br />Auto Mall Site until such approval has been granted. <br />2.03 Setback Lines <br />All building setbacks shall be in conformance with <br />the Architectural Design Standards for the Auto Mall as set <br />forth in Exhibit C hereto. <br />2.04 Protective Screening <br />Each Service Car Storage area and Bulk Car Storage <br />area for each Lot shall be screened from the public view <br />along each street and plaza within the Auto Mall by a <br />minimum six foot high wall and from each street outside the <br />Auto Mall by a minimum eight foot high wall in accordance <br />with the Architectural Design Standards. <br />2.05 Architectural Style of Buildings and Other <br />Improvements <br />(a) All buildings, structures and other <br />improvements shall carry out an overall architectural theme <br />as indicated in the Architectural Design Standards and in a <br />manner acceptable to the Architectural Review Board. <br />(b) A multi -level dealer facility may contain <br />roof -top parking in order to more fully utilize the site. <br />8,-179 <br />
