(c) Walkways and new car display pads shall be in <br />conformance with the approved project design concept. <br />(d) If bollards are installed adjacent to the <br />property line in the landscaped areas along interior Auto <br />Mall streets, they shall be constructed in accordance with <br />the Agency's specifications as may be established by a <br />landscape architect. Such bollards shall not exceed <br />eighteen (18) inches above ground elevation and shall be <br />spaced in the manner provided by the Agency's landscape <br />architect. Colors, materials, and dimensions of bollards <br />shall be subject to approval of the Architectural Review <br />Board. The bollards will be integrated into planting areas <br />in a manner that effectively and aesthetically screens them <br />from public view. <br />(e) All air - conditioning or other equipment <br />located on the roof of a building shall be screened from <br />public view in a manner approved by the Architectural Review <br />Board. <br />(f) All roofs shall be constructed of the same <br />type material or compatible materials in conformance with <br />the Architectural Design Standards set forth in Exhibit C. <br />2.06 Signs <br />All signs shall be for the purpose of identifi- <br />cation and direction only and shall contain no advertising. <br />10 <br />8 -180 <br />
