(b) Each Owner shall install display lighting in <br />accordance with the specifications provided <br />for in Exhibit C attached hereto; <br />(c) Each owner shall submit a lighting plan for <br />review and approval by the Architectural <br />Review Board prior to installation. <br />2.10 Trash and outside Storage; Mechanical Repair; and <br />Body Repair and Painting of Automobiles <br />(a) Trash enclosures shall be a minimum of 9' by <br />6' with a 6' high black wall and self - closing gate. The <br />block wall shall be architecturally compatible with the <br />demarcation and car storage screening walls and the gate <br />shall be constructed of a durable type wood of or metal <br />painted to match the buildings and /or walls, whichever is <br />applicable. Additionally, all enclosures to be viewed from <br />the freeway shall be constructed with coverings of a <br />compatible color and material. <br />(b) All repair and service must take place in an <br />enclosed building, which may remain open during business <br />hours. The service area shall be screened from and /or <br />oriented away from public view (including freeway) in <br />compliance with the "Protective Screening" section of the <br />Design Standards. <br />15 8-185 <br />
