2.11 Property Demarcation Walls <br />Dealers may construct walls to separate auto <br />dealerships. Such walls shall be constructed of block <br />compatible with the material and color of the buildings, <br />structures and other improvements on the lot, as approved by <br />the Architectural Review Board. Chain link will only be <br />permitted behind the bulk car storage screen wall and <br />adjacent to the railroad right of way. <br />2.12 Owner's Property Taxes and Assessments <br />Each Owner shall be obligated to pay any taxes <br />assessments levied by any public taxing or assessing <br />authority against his own Lot and personal property, <br />provided that this obligation shall not authorize levy of <br />any tax or assessment which is not payable by all property <br />owners in the city unless otherwise approved by the Dealers <br />Association. <br />2.13 Utility Maintenance and Repair Easements <br />All utility companies shall be provided easements on a <br />dealers site when required for cleaning, repairing, <br />replacing and otherwise maintaining or causing to be <br />maintained service in all underground utility lines, <br />16 8-186 <br />
