including the entry into an improvement constructed upon a <br />Lot when it is necessary to uncover any such lines: <br />provided, however, that such utility company shall be <br />obliged to restore the improvement to substantially its <br />former condition at the sole expense of such utility <br />company. <br />2.14 Agency Rights of Access <br />The Agency for itself and for the city and other <br />public agencies, at its sole risk and expense, reserves the <br />right to enter any Lot, at all reasonable times and with as <br />little interference as possible, for the purposes of <br />construction, reconstruction, maintenance, and repair or <br />service of any public improvements or public facilities <br />located on such Lot, or portion of the Auto Mall Site. Any <br />such entry on a Lot shall be made only after reasonable <br />notice to the Owner thereof and the Agency shall indemnify <br />and hold the Owner harmless from any claims or liabilities <br />pertaining to any entry. Any damage or injury to a Lot <br />shall be promptly repaired at the sole expense of the public <br />agency responsible for the entry. <br />III. DEALER ASSOCIATION AND COMMON AREA <br />3.01 Membership in Dealers Association <br />Every Owner of a Lot who is a dealer shall be a <br />member of the Dealers Association.
