(g) The amount of any delinquent assessment, <br />together with interest, costs and reasonable attorney's fees <br />shall be a charge on and a continuing lien upon the Lot <br />against which such assessment is made. Each such <br />assessment, together with interest, costs and reasonable <br />attorney's fees incurred in the collection thereof, shall <br />also be the personal obligation of the person who was the <br />owner of such Lot at the time when the assessments were <br />levied and shall not pass to his successors in title unless <br />expressly assumed by them. <br />The Association may cause to be recorded with <br />the County Recorder of Orange County a notice of delinquent <br />assessment which shall state the amount of any delinquent <br />assessment, interest, costs and reasonable attorney's fees <br />incurred in the collection thereof a description of the Lot <br />and the name of the Owner. Such notice shall be signed by <br />an officer of the Association. Upon payment or satisfaction <br />of such delinquent assessment and charges, the Association <br />shall cause to be recorded a further notice stating the <br />satisfaction and the release or the lien thereof. <br />The lien of the assessments provided for <br />herein shall be prior to all other liens recorded subsequent <br />to the recordation of such notice of deliquent assessment <br />and shall be subordinate to any first mortgage made in good <br />faith and for value. <br />26 8-196 <br />
