City of Santa Ana, PWA <br />RFP — Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Inspection of Sanitary Sewer Mains <br />proposer acting through the City or by the City only. When coordination efforts require <br />agreements, such agreements shall be coordinated through the City. <br />VIII. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The selected contractor will assume responsibilities for all services in its proposal. The <br />selected contractor shall identify a sole point of contact with the greatest knowledge in regard to <br />the required service operations and contractual matters, including payment of any and all <br />charges resulting from the Agreement. <br />IX. LICENSE REQUIREMENT <br />In accordance with Section 3300 of the California Public Contract Code, the City has <br />determined that the proposer shall possess a license in the classification specified in the Notice <br />Inviting Proposals (If required). <br />X. INITIATION /KICKOFF MEETING <br />The successful proposer will be required to meet with City staff prior to commencement of <br />services or at any time as required by the City, to discuss and agree on operational issues <br />including transition of services and scheduling. <br />XI. CITY BUSINESS LICENSE <br />The selected proposer shall be required to obtain a City of Santa Ana Business license within <br />thirty (30) days of selection and must provide a copy to the City projects manager or designee <br />prior to commencing any work in Santa Ana. <br />XII. ADDENDA <br />Any subsequent changes in RFP from the date of preparation to date of submittal will result in <br />an addendum or amendment by the issuing office. Notification of such addendum or <br />amendment shall be effected by posting on City's website, as set forth in the Notice Inviting <br />Proposals. <br />XIII. RULES FOR PROPOSALS <br />The signer of the RFP must declare in writing that the only person, persons, company, or <br />parties interested in the proposal as principals are named therein; that the proposal is made <br />without collusion with any other person, persons, company, or parties submitting a proposal; <br />that it is in all respects fair and in good faith without collusion or fraud, and that the signer of the <br />proposal has full authority to bind the proposer (Exhibit E). <br />XIV. Filing of Bid Protests <br />Bidders may file a Bid "protest" with the City's Purchasing Department. In order for a Bidder's <br />protest to be considered valid, the protest must: <br />E:3 <br />
