In pursuit of this public purpose City desires to <br />provide funds to District for District's acquisition of the property. <br />+n <br />WHEREFO REs in consideration of their mutual and respective <br />promises, and subject to the terms and conditions, hereinafter <br />met forth, the parties hereto do hereby agru* as follows: <br />.. <br />1. Subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 2 <br />sR <br />and 3 hereinbelow, the City shall pay to the District, funds <br />` <br />equal to the amounts the District must pay.on the purchase of <br />the Property, such payments to be made quarterly prior to the <br />�. <br />date that District's payments are due. <br />2. The City's obligation hereunder is subject to the <br />condition that the terms and conditions upon which the District <br />_.- <br />purchases the Property are in substantial accord with those <br />.r <br />set forth in the recitals to this Agreement. <br />3. The City's obligation hereunder to make the payments <br />specified in Section 1 is limited solely and exclusively to <br />.. <br />revenues received by the City from the Agency in the form of <br />w. <br />repayment of loans previously made by the City.to the Agency <br />and is not a charge on City revenuers derived from any other <br />.� <br />source. Nothing herein chall' preclude City, at City's sole <br />.r <br />option, from appropriating funds derived from any other source <br />to make such payments, <br />4.
