timely manner using such Agency debt repayments exclusively; <br />provided, however, that in the event City, in any year, <br />appropriates funds from any other source to make all or any <br />part of .ouch payments to the District, the Agency's obligation <br />hsrwunder small be reduced-by the amount of such appropriation. <br />S, The City's City Manager, the Agency's Executive <br />Director, and the District's Associate Superintendent are <br />hereby authorized and directed to establish procedures to <br />assure accurate and timely payment of the Agency and City <br />obligations pursuant to this Agreement. <br />6.• The District agrees to use the revenues received <br />from the City pursuant to this Agreement solely for the <br />purpose of acquiring the Property, <br />7. The District shall make a good faith effort to <br />obtain funds from the State of California for the District's <br />acquisition of the Property, an the event the District does <br />obtain such Strata funding, the City and the Agency shall be <br />relieved of any further obligation to make payments under <br />this Agreement, except to the extent of any deficiency in <br />such State funding, and the District shall reimburse the City <br />for the amounts paid by the City to the District pursuant to <br />this Agreement, exclusive of any portion thereof necessary to <br />cover any deficiency in State funding.
