receives any reimbursement proceeds from the uistrict pursuant <br />to this section, the City shall deposit such prace*ds into the <br />special account established pursuant to section 8 of this <br />8. The City shall establish a special account consisting <br />of City and Agency monies reserved for the purpose of assisting <br />the District to fund the coat of acquisition,and /or improvement <br />or school site* Within the City of Santa Ana. So long an <br />such special account is maintained by the City, the City may <br />expend monies out of said sp *cial account solely for ouch purpose. <br />Monies in said special account shall be accounted for separate <br />and apart from other City revenues. Such monies shall be <br />invested by the City in the sane manner as other City revenues. <br />Any and all interest earned on monies in the special account <br />shall accrue to the special account and be subject to the <br />same limitatiana.her *in set forth for the principal deposit <br />in said account.
