AND IT SEEMS LIKE <br />EVERY TIME THEY PUT UP AN APARTMENT OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, <br />THEY PUT UP STOP SIGNS TO MAKE THE TRAFFIC SLOWER. SO WHAT <br />LITTLE I'VE BEEN ABLE 70 GLEAN OUT OF THE IMPACT REPORT, I <br />THINK THERE IS A LOT OF IMPACT THAT THEY HAVEN'T STUDIED. <br />NOW, WHERE I LIVE, I USE WASHINGTON TO COME OVER <br />TOWARDS THE BANK OR IN THAT AREA. I'M N07 A WORKING MAN <br />ANYMORE. I HAVE NEIGH80RS THAT ARE, AND THEY USE ALMOST THE <br />SAME STREETS THAT 100. SO WHEN YOU CREATE MORE CUL -DE -SACS, <br />FORCE THEM TO USE OTHER STREETS, THE OTHER STREETS BECOME <br />.Y <br />FEWER AND FARTHER IN BETWEEN. YOU MAKE MORE RIGHT - TURN -ONLY, <br />!YOU GO FURTHER, YOU'RE ON THE ROAD LONGER. <br />NOW, THEY CLAIM THAT THE MEDIANS CREATE A SAFETY <br />FACTOR, BUT I THINK IF YOU'LL REALLY STUDY IT, YOU'LL FIND <br />THAT ❑RIVING TIME OF AN AUTOMOBILE AND TRAFFIC ACCIOENT5 HAS A <br />GREAT -- HAS A PRETTY MUCH DIRECT RELATIONSHIP. 50 IF BY <br />PUTTING THOSE MEDIANS IN, AND YOU'RE GOING TO INCREASE MY <br />DRIVING TIME TEN MINUTES AND 2,000 NEIGHBORS OF MINE THE SAME <br />AMOUNT, THAT'S QUITE A BIT OF DRIVING TIME YOU'RE GOING TO <br />ADD. 50 I THINK THAT'S ONE THING THAT THE IMPACT REPORT HAS <br />NOT BROUGHT FORTH. <br />
