RFP No. 13 -075 On -Call Right of Way Specialty Services <br />Specialty Area (A4) Acquisition, Relocation, and Property Management Services <br />Mark La Bonte, SR /WA <br />Program Manager /Principal <br />Page 2 <br />• Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC), SR -91 Corridor Improvement Project. <br />Acquisition and Relocation Implementation Manager for this high profile, politically sensitive <br />project involving over 450 partial and full acquisitions with varying degrees of difficulty and <br />approximately 250 residential and business relocations. Responsibilities included managing the <br />acquisition and relocation managers, coordinating mitigation planning (cost -to -cure) with <br />engineer and appraisers and quality assurance and control for project documents. <br />• San Bernardino Associated Governments ( SANBAG), On -Call Right of Way Services. Overall <br />project manager to provide on -call right of way acquisition and related services including <br />appraisal, right of way engineering, surveying, and other specialty professional services for the <br />delivery of the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority Measure I Program and other <br />Federally Funded Programs. SANBAG has identified 12 major capital improvement projects <br />which require right of way acquisition and related services. <br />• City of Anaheim, Gene Autry Way (West) 11 -5 Highway and HOV Interchange. OPC's Project <br />Manager responsible for preparation of a Relocation Plan and providing relocation services for <br />90 mobile home residential occupants of three mobile home parks for the federally funded <br />Gene Autry Way Extension Project. <br />City of Anaheim, Katella Smart Street and Lincoln Avenue Widening. The Katella Smart Street <br />project included the relocation of 11 residential and 3 business occupants. The Lincoln Avenue <br />Widening, another locally funded street widening project, included the preparation of a <br />relocation plan, and relocation services for 10 residential and 8 business cases. <br />County of Orange, Santa Ana River Mainstem Project / Prado Basin. Provided management <br />and relocation services for farm, business, and residential occupants. In cooperation with the <br />U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, relocated single - family residential units, dairies and farms to <br />allow the County to raise Prado Dam by 32 feet.
