<br /> <br />High-performing PHAs can be given a competitive advantage under notices of funding <br />availability \[24 CFR 985.103\]. <br /> <br />PHAs with deficiencies on one or more indicators are required to correct the deficiencies and <br />report to HUD \[24 CFR 985.106\]. <br /> <br />on-site reviews by HUD staff, a requirement to develop a corrective action plan, and <br />monitoring to ensure the successful implementation of the corrective action plan.
