Youth may also <br />participate in social and emotional wellness groups. <br />XI. Leverage Funds <br />While Taller San Jose does not currently offer a civic engagement opportunity to youth outside <br />of training, a Life Skills workshop entitled "Civic Engagement 101" is periodically offered to <br />youth. The workshop addresses the importance of civic engagement and trainees are <br />introduced to the voting process. Past guest presenters have included the Orange County <br />Registrar of Voters and local political officials, including Michele Martinez, City of Santa Ana <br />Councilwoman. <br />XII.
