ATTACHMENT NO. 11 <br />SUBCONTRACTOR <br />PRESSURE WASH MAINTENANCE <br />DISTRICTS 1 -4 -5 <br />4.0 Scope of Work <br />4.1 City Business License and Federal Tax Identification Number are required for pressure washing <br />contractors specializing in pavement and surface high - pressure and high -heat cleaning <br />services. <br />4.2 SUB - CONTRACTORS <br />Contractor shall enter into separate agreements with one of the contractors listed below if they <br />cannot demonstrate possessing the commercial pressure wash equipment and /or expertise In <br />pressure washing.
