ATTACHMENT NO. 12 <br />SUB- CONTRACTOR <br />AGRICULTURAL PEST CONTROL MAINTENANCE <br />DISTRICTS 1.4 -5 <br />5.0 Scope of Work <br />51 City Business License and Federal Tax Identification Number are required for pressure washing <br />contractors specializing in pavement and surface high- pressure and high -heat cleaning <br />services. <br />5.2 SUB- CONTRACTORS <br />Contractor shall enter into separate agreements with one of the contractors listed below if they <br />cannot demonstrate possessing the commercial boom sprayer specified equipment and /or <br />expertise and licensing in agricultural pest control.
