CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />The City of Santa Ana ensured it complied with its Citizen Participation Plan by providing the public <br />an opportunity to review and comment on this annual performance report. A 15 -day comment <br />period was held from August 18, 2014, through September 2, 2014. The Community <br />Redevelopment and Housing Commission of the City of Santa Ana held the required public hearing <br />to review this document on August 27, 2014.
