5. If the person who is being displaced has still not obtained the satisfaction sought, <br />the only remaining recourse is judicial review. As a part of the appeal decision <br />letter, the applicant will (a) be notified in writing that no further administrative <br />appeals are permitted, (b) that any judicial review shall be 'pursuant to California <br />Code of Civil Procedures Section 1094.5" and (c) that the time frame to seek <br />judicial review is governed by SAMC Section 1 -19. (Title 25 of the California <br />Code of Regulations at § 6158(c)(1)(C).) <br />Any hearings or meetings of the Appeal Procedures described above may be attended <br />by any adviser of the person who is being displaced (legal counsel or otherwise) in <br />addition to the person who is being displaced. <br />55 <br />55D -62 <br />
