Their site visits during the working hours of the <br />cleaning personnel, would be in order to supervise employee performance and to insure <br />that all personnel follow safety procedures while performing their duties. Their presence <br />at the worksite shall not be to intimidate employees but to serve as support to the work <br />farce. Using their experience on the cleaning business, the supervisors would offer their <br />expertise pertaining to certain tasks, services, tools, etc, malting the workforce more safe <br />and efficient while monitoring the duality of services. <br />Santa Fe Building Maintenance will utilize a data collected from site inspections and <br />police department feedback in order to measure service performance. Such inspection <br />data will allow its to identified flaws in the services being provided, whether there's a <br />problem with, our work plan or whether the personnel are not performing up to Santa Fe <br />standards, Our Quality Control Team will also meet with the police department assign <br />representative during their monthly inspections. The QC team will walk the facility with <br />the assign representative and will review any concerns the City of Santa Ana Police <br />Department may have as well as to receive service feedback, <br />Reports will be used to analyze the performance of services being provided and the <br />performance of employees, These reports will allow Santa Fe to collect important data <br />such as quality of work, supply inventory, employee performance, etc. The Reports <br />would. allow Santa Fe to improve the services being provided, employee performance and <br />supply purchasing. The following are just some of the information that Santa Fe collects <br />in order to improve and rate performance: <br />• Quality Inspections Deports <br />• Inventory Reports <br />• Lnzployce Performance Reports <br />• Costumer Complaints/ Requests <br />Furthermore, incentives and disciplinary actions will be used in order to encourage <br />service performance and safety performance, (Xncentives might include gift curds, check <br />bonus, company advancement; Disciplinary actions might include suspensions, warning <br />slips, termination). The acknowledgement thrut the use of Incentives of a "job well done" <br />or "safety performance" will encourage. work force to perform at their best and will keep <br />theta motivated. Enforcement o£ all rules, safety procedures and work requirements than <br />the use of disciplinary actions will insure that all personnel conduct - themselves in a <br />professional way. (Note, All employees will have a chance to challenge /dispute any <br />disciplinary action, given to them). <br />20 <br />
