During final design phase, prepared <br />construction drawings and specifications for recycled water pipelines, <br />pump stations, chlorine contact tanks, and conversion of two potable <br />water reservoirs to recycled water. <br />Lead Project Engineer, Recycled Water Program, (Various Cities), <br />CA, West Basin Municipal Water District (WBMWD): Developed <br />pipeline alignments, prepared cost estimates, managed multiple contracts <br />with subconsultants and contractors, reviewed design of pipelines, pump <br />stations and water reclamation facilities prepared by other consulting <br />firms. Coordinated activities with consultants, subconsultants, State and <br />County Department of Health Services and prepared hydraulic model. <br />Also oversaw cross connection testing with State and County DHS. <br />Project Manager, Reclaimed Water Feasibility Study, Compton, CA, <br />Central Basin Municipal Water District (CBMWD): Identified <br />potential reclaimed water users, developed pipeline alignments and <br />prepared feasibility report. <br />Lead Project Engineer, Recycled Water Program, Martinez, CA, <br />Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (CCCSD): Developed standard <br />pipeline drawings and specifications for recycled water facilities. <br />Design Engineer, Construction Plans and Specifications, Laguna <br />Niguel, CA, Moulton Niguel Water District (MNWD): Responsible <br />for preparation of construction plans and specifications for various <br />pipeline projects for MNWD. Design included 15,000 linear feet of 8 to <br />30 -inch potable water pipelines, 32,000 linear feet of 8 to 16 -inch <br />reclaimed water pipelines and 5,500 linear feet of 8 -inch gravity sewer <br />pipelines. <br />25F -71 <br />
