<br />of Durfee Avenue and the Union Pacific Railroad in the City of Pico
<br />Rivera, Los Angeles County. Designed stormwater best management
<br />practices (BMPs), including a dry detention basin using Autodesk
<br />AutoCAD Civil 3D.
<br />Project Engineer, Transfer Station Cover Structure and Site
<br />Improvements, Inglewood, CA, City of Inglewood Public Works,
<br />2014: Responsible for site civil design and stormwater permitting to
<br />obtain a no exposure certification from the State Water Quality Board via
<br />retrofits at an open -air waste transfer station in the City of Inglewood.
<br />Coordinated a multidisciplinary design team, including architecture,
<br />structural engineering, electrical engineering, solar energy design,
<br />sustainability / LEED® design, and cost estimating. Led coordination
<br />efforts with City departments, including Buildings, Planning, and Public
<br />Works.

<br />Responsible for preparing the Project Registration Documents and
<br />construction general permit SWPPP for two rail segments, including a
<br />0.37 -mile siding extension and a 1.01 -mile addition of a second track.
<br />Project Engineer, Orange County Great Park, Irvine, CA, City of
<br />Irvine, 2014: Responsible for updating the master construction general
<br />permit SWPPP for the Orange County Great Park and overseeing its
<br />implementation, including conducting quarterly stormwater inspections.
<br />Project Engineer, Northam Station Storm Water Pollution
<br />Prevention Plan, La Mirada, CA, Chevron Environmental
<br />Management Company, 2013 -2014: Responsible for preparing and
<br />implementing the Project Registration Documents and construction
<br />general permit SWPPP for structure demolition, underground pipeline
<br />and utility removals, soil remedial actions, excavations, and backfill,
<br />compaction, and grading phases of work at a 23 -acre former crude oil and
<br />hydrocarbon fuel storage and pumping station. Conducted weekly site
<br />inspections and storm event inspections, communicating required follow -
<br />up actions to the contractor and owner.
