Following completion of hydraulics <br />and process evaluation and preliminary design report, completed 30 %, <br />90 %, 100% design, permitting and then bid. Project is currently under <br />construction. <br />Project Engineer, Design Engineering Services for the Treatment <br />Plant Optimization of the Horace P. HincIdey Water Treatment <br />Plant, Redlands, CA, 2012,$12M: Prepared 90% and 100% plan, <br />specification and bid package. The project is to expand the existing <br />treatment processes at Hinckley from 10 mgd capacity to 14.5 mgd. <br />Lead Project Engineer, Water Master Plan Update and Water <br />Distribution System Modeling, Redlands, CA, City of Redlands: <br />Responsible for development of water distribution system hydraulic <br />modeling for City of Redlands's complex water system, including <br />extensive model dynamic calibration and simulation of water quality and <br />blending for different and sources and pressure zones. <br />Lead Project Engineer, Water Distribution System Modeling and <br />IDSE Study, Tiffin, OH, City of Tiffin: Responsible for performing <br />IDSE study for City of Tiffin water distribution system. Calibrated the <br />hydraulic model and performed EPS water quality simulation. Successfully <br />submitted EPA IDSE filing. <br />Project Engineer, Hydraulic Model Update of Pier G, Long Beach, <br />CA, Port of Long Beach (POLB): Responsible for the Port of Long <br />Beach Pier G Development hydraulic modeling. Modeling efforts <br />included demand analysis and allocation for the average day demand, <br />maximum day demand, peak hour demand and fire flow analysis. <br />Lead Project Engineer, Hydraulic Modeling and System Evaluation <br />for City of Norfolk, VA: Responsible for performing hydraulic modeling <br />and pumping schedule optimization at the two treatment plants and the <br />two ground storage tanks with associated pump stations and two elevated <br />water storage tanks. Hydraulic modeling analysis included WTP, tank <br />operation and master meter SCADA data analysis, Extended Period <br />Simulation and multiple scenario comparison. <br />Lead Project Engineer, Alternative Water Supply Study, Hydraulic <br />Modeling, Bay County, FL, Bay County: Responsible for performing <br />surge and hydraulic analysis using Bentley's Hammer and WaterGEMS <br />program. <br />25F -83 <br />
