25F -84 <br />Jennifer Ziv <br />Environmental <br />Overview <br />Ms. Ziv is a Senior Environmental Planner with over 24 years of <br />experience in environmental consulting, specializing in planning, <br />environmental impact analysis and California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) documentation for public and private sector clients in Southern <br />California, with an specialty in water resource - related projects. The MND met all DPH <br />1992 /University of Wisconsin, <br />requirements, including NEPA -like analysis for federal issues, which <br />Madison <br />helped the District secure loans to construct the project. <br />BA /Environmental Science /1986/ <br />Project Manager, Orange County Great Park, (OCGP), On -Call <br />University of California, Berkeley <br />Environmental Services - Irvine, CA: Providing environmental and <br />planning support services to the OCGP /City of Irvine staff on regulatory <br />permitting, environmental remediation reviews, and compliance issues <br />including third party CEQA reviews; EIR mitigation monitoring and <br />regulatory permit compliance tracking, and technical support related to <br />OCGP's Clean Water Act Section 404 perniits, 401 water quality <br />certifications, and California Fish and Game Code Section 1600 <br />strearnbed alteration agreements and Habitat Mitigation Monitoring Plan <br />for the Agin, Chinon Creels Corridor. <br />Project Manager, Sexlinger Farmhouse and Orchard Residential <br />Development. City of Santa Ana Planning Department. Santa Ana, <br />CA: URS prepared a focused FIR for a proposed single - family residential <br />subdivision located on a property with historically significant cultural <br />resources in Santa Ana. URS worked with the City to analyze a range of <br />project alternatives to help address community concerns over <br />preservation of the historic resources. For the Final EIR, Ms. Ziv and the <br />URS team worked with the City to prepare and respond with concise and <br />accurate responses to public comments utilizing URS' in -house experts on <br />Cultural Resources.
