Huizar <br />Pursuant to the Consultant Agreement you entered into with the City of Santa Ana on September <br />4, 2012, the "Term" listed in Section 4, is hereby extended from October 31, 2014, until January <br />31, 2015, The insurance certificates and Additional Insured Endorsement are required to be <br />extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the original <br />Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
