ACCURATE MAINTENANCE RECORDS
Accurate maintenance records for each location can assist the City with liability claims. Providing a detailed
history of the maintenance performed at each location can display the effort the City puts forth in maintaining its
urban forest. By linking the tree maintenance to the tree inventory it eliminates the task of having to go through
the data entry process because the records are updated concurrently with each billing cycle. In order to maintain
accurate maintenance records, it is imperative that work requests are pulled from the system prior to the work
being performed, otherwise inventory accuracy is not guaranteed.
J.E"rllI" "L fEARfINr rPflTIS
REPORTING FEATURES
Several types of reports can be generated within ArborAccess, depending on the type of information needed.
