WCA will procure a City Business License and any "no -fee" permits prior to commencement of work. permits (i.e., <br />encroachment, traffic control, etc.) requiring fees will be charged back to the agency. <br />All work will be performed in the public right -of -way. The work will be conducted in a manner which will cause the least <br />possible interference or annoyance to the public. <br />WCA will comply with any and all local sound control and noise level rules, regulations, and ordinances which apply to <br />any work performed in the City. All work will cease by 5:00 pm or as directed by the City. Emergency services will <br />be excluded from these time restraints. <br />iPTAP `P"I r, ,f' f ,,llrtij�lUj1 <br />Traffic control procedures will be set -up in accordance with the Work <br />Area Traffic Control Handbook (W.A.T.C.H.) and State of California <br />Manual of Traffic Controls as well as the City Traffic and Safety <br />Operating Rules. WCA will make adequate provisions to insure the <br />normal flow of traffic over the public streets and park roads. Every <br />effort will be made to keep commercial driveways and passageways <br />open to the public during business hours. High visibility arrowboard(s) <br />will be used when needed. Prior to use, the City will approve traffic <br />safety equipment and devices. Pedestrian and vehicular traffic shall <br />be allowed to pass through the work areas only under conditions of <br />safety and with as little inconvenience and delay as possible. Unless <br />the work area is totally barricaded or otherwise kept safe, at least one <br />worker will serve to coordinate safe operations on the ground at all <br />times when work operations are in progress. <br />5B -191 3o <br />
