BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />COMMISSIONER COMMUNICATION DISCLOSURE (REGARDING AGENDIZED <br />PROJECTS): <br />All commissioners disclosed that they were contacted by Todd and /or Barry Cottle <br />(regarding agenda item no. 1), and Commissioner Bauer disclosed that he spoke <br />with Messrs. Cottle. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 2015 -01 <br />(Applicant: 520 South Harbor, LLC) <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on June 9, 2015 and notices <br />mailed June 11, 2015. <br />A project overview was provided by Ali Pezeshkpour, Assistant Planner I, who <br />fielded questions from the Commission. Chairman Gartner opened the public <br />hearing. No written communication was received for this project. Mr. Wesson, <br />adjacent property resident, stated that he was not informed of the project and was <br />concerned with the proximity of the project to the mobile home park next door.
