STAFF COMMENTS <br />Hassan Haghani <br />• Introduced himself to the Commission. <br />• Stated that the next agenda will include forming a Design Review Process <br />subcommittee and also a Zoning Ordinance subcommittee, and requesting two <br />or three members per subcommittee to participate. <br />4. PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBER COMMENTS <br />All commissioners welcomed Mr. Haghani and expressed excitement in working <br />together. Additional comments listed below: <br />Commissioner Alderete <br />Mentioned he was familiar with Mr. Haghani's work in the city of Glendale. <br />Commissioner Bacerra <br />• Stated he had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Haghani over lunch. <br />• Thanked Vince Fregoso and Verny Carvajal for their work and support during the <br />interim period. <br />Chairman Gartner <br />• Stated he also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Haghani over lunch and thanked <br />him for choosing Santa Ana. <br />• Showed excitement over Downtown Santa Ana's changes over the last 10 years. <br />• Thanked Messrs.
