All data collected in the work order system for this project is the property of the City and will be <br />available for a minimum of seven years after project completion. Custom features can be easily <br />added with no additional cost to the City. <br />GPC assigns the City a representative, Joni Sawyer, to handle all technology requests and issues. <br />All requests for upgrades and support are immediately handled. In addition, Joni will work with <br />City staff to assist in creating custom features that improve the efficiency and transparency of the <br />graffiti program. The City receives unlimited software support and training at no additional charge. <br />CPC's App -Order software meets and exceeds all of the City's graffiti work order system <br />requirements. <br />Software screen shots are included on the following pages. <br />25H -94 <br />
