Invoices will be prepared for all services through the end of each calendar month. Invoices are due and payable upon presentation. 2. Overtime, when requested by the client, will be surcharged at a rate of 135% of the standard hourly rates. Sundays and holidays will be surcharged at a rate of 170% of the standard hourly rates. 3. Reprographics, messenger service, travel (including lodging and meals), and other direct expenses will be charged at cost plus 10 %. The services of outside consultants will be charged at cost plus 15% to cover administration and overhead. 4. In -house reprographics charges: B &W Bond copies $0.66 /sq.ft, Color Bond $6.00 /sq.ft. 5. Mileage will be billed at standard mileage rates set by IRS. 2015 rates currently listed at $0.575 per mile.
