OVERTIME All nonexempt employees who work more than 8 hours in one workday or more than 40 hours in one work week will receive overtime pay as follows: 1. Overtime compensated at the rate of 1.5 times the employee's regular hourly rate of pay will be provided for all hours worked on excess of 40 in one work week, for the first 4 hours in excess of 8 in any one workday, and for the first 8 hours on the seventh day in one workweek; and 2. Overtime compensated at the rate of two times the employee's regular hourly rate of pay will be provided for all hours worked in excess of 12 in one workday and for all hours worked in excess of 8 on the seventh day of work in one workweek. All overtime will be computed on actual minutes worked, adjusted to the nearest increment of 15 minutes.
