Project Execution <br />If the Parties agree to exercise a concurrent Go Live event for CAD, Mobile, RMS, FBR, and Interfaces, the <br />activities associated with each Go Live will occur by the respective teams in a coordinated manner. <br />7.11.2.1 TriTech Responsibilities <br />a) Prepare and submit a Go Live authorization letter to the Client. <br />a) Identify the participants for the Go Live in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Agreement. <br />b) Have specified personnel onsite in advance of the Go Live date to begin the final inspection of the <br />Client's system as part of the Go Live preparations. <br />e) Be on -site to assist the Client in placing the system into production status. <br />d) Assist Client staff in using the system and assist the computer operations staff in supporting the system. <br />e) Provide System monitoring following the actual System cut over as specified within the Purchase <br />Agreement. <br />1) Prepare and submit a TCR upon first Live operation of Inform RMS/FBR. <br />7.11.2.2 Client Responsibilities <br />a) Complete Inform RMS/FBR roll out to support the Go Live date. <br />b) Review and approve the Go Live authorization letter no later than 3 weeks prior to each scheduled Go <br />Live. <br />e) Complete all relevant end user training to support the Go Live of the Subsystems. <br />d) Place the software into production and begin operational use in consultation with TriTech and in <br />accordance with the project schedule. <br />e) Provide adequate persons for the supervision and assisting the end users beyond the participation of the <br />TriTech staff. <br />f) Provide dedicated workstations for TriTech support staff during Go Live support period. <br />g) Provide Client IT support to cover all Client end user and TriTech staff hours of operation. <br />h) Develop a process for the reporting and resolution of issues. <br />i) Review and approve the applicable TCR. <br />Completion Criteria: This section is considered complete when Inform RMS, FBR, and applicable interfaces <br />are placed into production operation and all Go Live activities have been completed. <br />67 <br />
