Appendix F - ACCEPTANCE TEST PLAN <br />Inform CAD Performance Metrics <br />In%rm.GAD Transactroits ::Description, ;, <br />d2es2onse Tune <br />Open Call Taking Screen — Time to display a blank call taking form <br />2 seconds <br />from when the user clicks on the Emergency Call Taking <br />button. <br />Verify Incident Address - Time from tab off the Address field after <br />2 seconds <br />entry of a valid address in the call taking screen to the <br />verification is complete (address verification icon is <br />displayed). This test will be performed for a known address <br />that has an exact match in the system. User will enter the <br />complete address, and the search for the purposes of this test <br />will not be performed using partial addresses or wildcard <br />searches. <br />Telephone number entry - Time from tab off the Telephone field <br />I second <br />after entry of a telephone number in the call taking screen to the <br />cursor being on the next field (able to enter data). <br />Problem Nature entry - Time from tab off the Problem Nature field <br />2 seconds <br />after selection of the Problem Nature in the call taking screen to <br />the cursor being on the next field (able to enter data) or button <br />(able to activate). The system must be configured to manually <br />send the incident to queue and not automatically send based <br />upon completion of this field. <br />Send incident to dispatch - Time from user selecting Send from the <br />2 seconds <br />call taking screen to the incident displayed in the Pending <br />Queue. <br />Send incident to dispatch via Add Agency - Time from activation <br />2 seconds <br />of Add Agency to the incident displayed in the other Agency <br />Pending Queue. This will be for automatic Add Agency (start <br />criteria for meeting Send to Queue) and manually Add Agency <br />from the call taking screen (completion of other agency <br />incident type and activation of OIL button). <br />Close Call Taking Form — Time from user pressing the Exit button <br />2 seconds <br />on the call taking screen for a previously saved incident to the <br />call taking form closing. <br />The information in this Appendix F- section 13.1.3 Pre -Go Live Performance Testing Under Load is the Confidential & Proprietary <br />Information of TriTech Software Systems. <br />m <br />
