Chapter 4 - Site Preparation <br />']'lie customer is required to provide a projector capable of 1024 X 768 or greater resolution for use throughout <br />the User Training class. Two (2) projectors are preferred. <br />21.6 WINDOWS/MOUSE EXPERIENCE <br />All students are required to have basic typing skills and exposure to Windows and moose functions prior to <br />attending Inform CAD User Training class. It is highly recommended that all students complete a Microsoft <br />Windows computer -based training (CBT) program prior to attending training. There are several commercial <br />products that are inexpensive, easy to use and provide excellent exposure to basic Microsoft Windows <br />functionality. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that employees meet the minimum requirements <br />prior to attending the training. <br />21.7 TRAINING GROUND RULES <br />Students should be dedicated to the class for the entire duration of the course — especially for multi -day courses. <br />Distractions with normal work duties should be avoided while students are participating in the training. <br />It is preferred that a customer System Administrator or other customer team member attend each User Training <br />class, This person is a valuable asset to answer questions regarding agency decisions on the system's set up. <br />All students are expected to finly participate in the training, which consists of lecture, hands on, and written <br />coursework. A written and practical exam will be given at the conclusion of the class. Students that do not <br />perform well in the class will be referred to the System Administrator for remediation.
