1.28 "Software" means collectively or individually the computer programs provided under this <br />Agreement, including, without limitation, the programs for each Subsystem. <br />1.29 "Software Error" means an error in coding or logic that causes a program not to <br />substantially function as described in the applicable Specifications. In the event TriTech (or <br />another Software Vendor) is unable to reproduce the Software Error at its facilities, TriTech will, <br />at Client's request, visit Client's premises at Client's expense. If it is determined that the <br />problem was caused by Equipment, Software, services , network or other items not supplied or <br />not authorized by TriTech, Client shall reimburse TriTech for its labor costs for such on site <br />visit, at TriTech's then current rates for consulting. <br />1.30 "Software Support" means Telephone Support, Software Error Correction, and Software <br />Update services provided by TriTech (and/or other Software Vendors) for the Software, either <br />under warranty or under an annual Software Support Agreement, as more fully described in said <br />Agreement. <br />1.31 "Software Support Agreement" means collectively or individually agreements of that <br />name (or a similar name) for the rendering of Software Support services entered into between the <br />parties coincident with this Agreement and renewed from time to time thereafter. <br />1.32 "Source Code" means the original mnemonic or high-level statement version of Software. <br />1.33 "Specifications" means (i) the functional requirements and Acceptance Test document(s) <br />("ATP") with respect to each Subsystem; (ii) the Interface Requirements Document ("IRD") and <br />ATP for each Interface, or Operational Scenario Document(s) for each Modification; and (iii) the <br />published specifications for the Equipment, which documents are incorporated by reference <br />herein as though set forth in full. <br />1.34 "Statement of Work" means the document that defines the implementation process for the <br />Project, including specific tasks that are the responsibility of TriTech and the Client. <br />1.35 "Subcontractor" means one of the entities identified in the Statement of Work as <br />subcontractors to TriTech, if applicable. <br />1.36 "Subcontractor Hardware" means the hardware supplied by a Subcontractor as part of its <br />Subsystem, and identified in Addendum A-2, if applicable. <br />1.37 "Subcontractor Software" means software supplied by a Subcontractor as part of its <br />Subsystem and listed in Addendum A-2, if applicable. <br />1.38 "Subsystem" means each of the applications described in the Statement of Work, <br />including its Equipment, other hardware and software. In most cases, the Subsystem software <br />will share Equipment.
