Project Execution <br />4) Review TriTech's recommendations regarding any existing networks and workstations, and address <br />any recommended modifications (identified by TriTech) to ensure maximum performance. <br />Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete when the final hardware and operating system review is complete, and <br />TriTech has submitted their findings and recommended specifications. <br />7.2.2 Hardware Acquisition <br />TriTech and Client will procure hardware, third party software, and equipment per TriTech's recommended <br />Specifications. TriTech is only responsible for procurement of the hardware and third party software that is <br />identified as TriTech Deliverables in the Purchase Agreement. <br />The Client will procure the required equipment based on TriTech's recommended Specifications, and do all <br />that is practical to ensure the hardware is delivered in accordance with the timelines identified in the Final <br />Project Schedule. <br />The Client will complete the following: <br />1) Configure the servers with memory and disks. <br />2) Load Microsoft Windows or VMware. <br />3) Partition disk drives and implement applicable Raid level based upon TriTech documentation. <br />4) Assign the computer name and IP address based upon TriTech documentation. <br />7.2.3 Hardware Configuration <br />The Client will conduct basic server configuration, including: placing the servers in the racks, joining them <br />to the existing domain, (with the Domain Controller in place) running the TriTecb pre -requisite DVD on <br />Inform CAD and Inform Mobile servers, and establishing remote connectivity capability (VPN and Remote <br />Desktop) for authorized TriTech personnel to perform configuration. These activities will be coordinated <br />between the TriTech Project Manager and the Client IT and Project Management staff. Guidance will be <br />provided by TriTech's Client Installation Services (CIS) team as required. <br />The Client must also provide the server names, IP addresses, Administrator Account Information (User <br />Name, Password), Services Account Information, and the location of 3`d Party Software media (such as <br />SQL). An Installation Service Request (ISR) will be provided to the Client that organizes this information in <br />to the TriTech preferred format. The Client is responsible for providing the completed ISR to TriTech no <br />later than two (2) weeks prior to the installation activities. <br />The Client is responsible for ensuring that the site is prepared and ready for the installation of hardware, <br />third party software, and TriTech software as detailed in TriTech's documentation including the System <br />Planning Document according to the Project Schedule. TriTech will verify: (i) connectivity to the Client <br />site via VPN, (ii) connectivity to each of the servers, and (iii) access to all required security accounts. <br />7.2.4 TriTech Responsibilities <br />a) Provide the System Planning Document. <br />b) Procure TriTech equipment and third party software. <br />c) Provide guidance and assistance as necessary. <br />d) Distribute a blank Installation Service Request (ISR) document to the Client. <br />e) Collect Client information related to the ISR and submit a draft which includes: Each TriTech server, the <br />applications that will be installed on the machine, machine name and the IP address (to enable any <br />remote installation tasks). <br />21 <br />
