[This is additional scope added by EA]. <br />Once complete, EA will submit the memorandum to the City for review. <br />To ensure the City's complete understanding of the memorandum, EA will conduct a <br />full day workshop with the City to review, explain, and discuss the contents as <br />necessary. We believe that the City's understanding of the memorandum will be <br />rapidly advanced by this additional workshop. [This is additional scope added by <br />EA]. <br />Following the workshop and receipt of the City's review comments, EA will update the <br />documentation per City comments. <br />EA has an allowance of 40 hours to review plans and specifications, and some <br />additional time to provide the city with comments on any significant anomalies found. <br />EA expects that the plans and specification will be at an advanced stage of <br />development and of satisfactory quality. <br />EA will develop a functional specification as required by the RFP scope which will <br />substantially conform to the standard functional specification format developed by EA <br />for the EAST pumps station and SA -5 projects. <br />Once complete, EA will submit the specification to the City for review. <br />To ensure the City's complete understanding of the specification, EA will conduct a full <br />day workshop with the City to review, explain, and discuss the contents as necessary. <br />We believe that the City's understanding of the specification will be rapidly advanced <br />by this additional workshop. [This is additional scope added by EA]. <br />Following the workshop and receipt of the City's review Comments, EA will update the <br />documentation per City comments. <br />4.6 FATISAT protocol Development Support <br />As per the RFP scope, EA has provided an allowance of 80 hours to coordinate with <br />the PCS integrator and develop comprehensive FAT and FAT test procedures. The <br />format of the FAT and SAT documentation will be based on the formats developed by <br />EA for the EAST Pump Station project. <br />The FAT and the SAT test procedures will be submitted to the City for review and <br />updated as per City comments within the 80 hour allowance. <br />Revision: 1.00.
