If you are a qualified owner occupant of more than 90 days prior to <br />the initiation of negotiations for the acquisition of your property, <br />you may be entitled to a RHP that consists of: <br />Purchase Price Differential, and. <br />Mortgage Differential, and <br />Incidental Expenses; <br />OR <br />Rental Assistance Payment <br />If you are a qualified tenant occupant of at least 90 days, you may be <br />entitled to a RHP as follows: <br />Rental Assistance Payment <br />OR <br />Down payment Option <br />Length of occupancy simply means counting the number of days that <br />you actually occupied a dwelling before the date of initiation of <br />negotiations by the City for the purchase of the property.
