Check with <br />your Relocation Agent before you make any decision to vacate your <br />property. <br />Basic Residency Requirements <br />You meet the basic residency requirement if the City is acquiring the <br />house or apartment you currently own or rent, and if you have been <br />living there for specified number of days (defined below) at the time <br />the City begins purchase negotiations with the owner of the <br />property. <br />Residents not lawfully present in the United States are not eligible to <br />receive relocation payments and assistance. <br />With few exceptions, any displaced person is eligible for relocation <br />advisory assistance and payment for moving costs. <br />For Owner Occupants of <br />90 Days or More <br />If you qualify as a 90 -day owner occupant, you may be eligible - in <br />addition to the fair market value of your property - for a <br />Replacement Housing Payment that consists of a Purchase Price <br />Differential, Mortgage Differential and Incidental Expenses. <br />The Purchase Price Differential payment is the amount by which the <br />cost of a replacement dwelling exceeds the acquisition cost of the <br />Zo <br />55B -102 <br />
