Equipment solely for the mpro+ <br />clmictionofumund and accessories used with <br />such eqmipmont, provided such equipment <br />is permanently installed in the covered <br />^auto^ at the time of the 1uma" or such <br />equipment is removable from a housing unh <br />which is permanently installed in the cov- <br />ered "auto" at the time of the ^1oao'^, and <br />such equipment is designed to be um|eUy <br />operated by use of the power from the <br />"auto's" electrical system, in or upon the <br />covered "auto"; or <br />b. Any ot ere|eotrumicaquipmemtthatis: <br />(1) Necessary for the normal operation of <br />the covered ^'mutn^' or the monitoring of <br />the covered "auto's" operating system-, <br />or <br />(2) 4mintegral part ofthe same unit housing <br />any sound reproducing equipment de- <br />scribed in Paragraph o.above and per- <br />manently installed in the opening of the <br />dash or console of the covered "auto" <br />normally used by the manufacturer for <br />installation of radio. <br />6. We, will not pay for "|osm" to auovered "auto" <br />due to "diminution in value". <br />C. Limit Of Insurance <br />1. The most we will pay for 1oom in any one "ac- <br />cident" is <br />amcident"is the lesser of: <br />m. The actual cash value ofthe damaged or <br />stolen property as of the time of the "loss"; <br />or <br />b. The 000d of repairing or replacing the dam- <br />aged orstolen: property with other property <br />oflike kind and quality. <br />2. An adjustment for depreciation and physical <br />condition will be made in determining actual <br />cash value |nthe event ofatotal "imee~ <br />l |farepair orreplacement results inbetter than <br />like, kind or quality, we will not pay for the <br />amount ofthe betterment. <br />D. Deductible <br />For each covered "muto". our obligationtopmyfmr. <br />repair, return orreplace damaged orstolen prop- <br />erty w||| be reduced by the applicable deductible <br />shown in the Declarations. Any Comprehensive <br />Coverage deductible shown in the Declarations <br />does not apply to~|maa''caused byfire mrlightning. <br />SECTION |V—BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS <br />The following conditions apply in addition to the <br />Common PoUioyConditions: <br />A. Loss Conditions <br />1. Appraisal For Physical Damage Loss <br />Ifyou and we disagree onthe amount mf"lmou. <br />either may demand an appraisal of the "loss". <br />|mthiaevent, each party will select ecompetent <br />appraiser. The two appraisers will se�aut a <br />competent and impartial umpire. The apprais- <br />ers will <br />ppraia'enavvi|| state sepenmhmk/ the actual omeh value <br />and amount of^|ooe"|fthey fail toagree, they <br />will submit their differences to the umpireA <br />decision agreed to byany two will be binding. <br />Each party will: <br />a. Pay its chosen appraiser; and <br />b Bear the other expenses of the appraisal <br />and umpire equally. <br />If we submit to an appraisal, we will still retain <br />our right to deny the ciaim. <br />2. Duties In The Event Of Accident, Claim, Suit <br />OrLoys <br />We have no duty to provide coverage under <br />this policy unless there has been fm|| compli- <br />ance with <br />omp|i'ammawith the following duties-, <br />m. In the event of "accident", dehm. "suit" or <br />^|osa'', you must give uaorour authorized <br />representative prompt notice of the '^aooi- <br />dmnt'or°Koaa" Include: <br />(1) How. when and where the '^accident'or <br />"/oaa"ocoum*d� <br />(2) The "inmured's"name and address; and <br />(3) To the extent poseib|e, the names and <br />addresses of any injured persons and <br />witnesses. <br />b. AdditinnaUy, you and any other involved <br />"insured" must: <br />(1) Assume no ob|igmtion, make no pay- <br />ment or incur no expense without our <br />consent, except a�*�I^�'insured's~ own <br />cost,- <br />7of12 <br />
