<br />1. Any requ*at, demand, order or statutory or
<br />regulatory requirement that any "insured" or

<br />respond to, or assess the effects of "pollut-
<br />ants"; or
<br />2. Any claim or "suit" by or on behalf of a go*
<br />ennmoentai authority for damages because of
<br />testing for, nmonitorinQ, cleaning up, renmuv|mg,
<br />containing, treating, detoxifying or neutralizing,
<br />or in any way responding to or assessing the
<br />effects of "pollutants"'.
<br />"Covered pollution cost orexpense" does notin-
<br />o|ude any cost or expense arising out cfthe ac-
<br />tual, alleged or threatened discharge,, dispersal,
<br />seepage, migratiom, release or escape of~poUut-
<br />a. That are, mrthat are contained in any prop-
<br />erty that is:
<br />mop'edythetie:
<br />(1) Being transported or towed by, han&|ed,
<br />or handled for movement into, onto or
<br />from the covered '^auhm"�
<br />.
<br />(2) Otherwise in the course of transit by or
<br />unbehalf ofthe ^inauned^;

<br />processed in or upon the covered

<br />b. Before the "poQubsmto" or any property in
<br />which the "Pollutants" are contained are
<br />moved from the place where they are ac-
<br />cepted bythe "innuned"for movement into
<br />or onto the covered "auto"; or
<br />o. After the "pollutants" or any property in
<br />which the "pollutants" are contained are
<br />moved from the covered "auto'tothe place
<br />where they are finally delivered, disposed of
<br />or abandoned bythe '`imsmred^
<br />Paragraph a. above does not apply to fuels, lu-
<br />bricants,
<br />ha.abovedoeonotepplytofuee.|u-
<br />brioants. fluido, exhaust gases mrother similar
<br />"pollutants" that are needed for or result from
<br />the nmnna| e|ecthoml, hydraulic or mechanical
<br />functioning of the onwanad "auAa" or its parts, if:
<br />(1) The '`poUutantu" emoape, oe*p, noignate,
<br />or are discharged, dispersed or re-
<br />leased directly from an ^auto^' part de-
<br />signed by its manufacturer to ho|d,
<br />atore, receive or dispose of such "pol-
<br />|utants°;and
<br />(2) The "'bodily injury" "property damage"
<br />or "covered pollution cost or expense"
<br />does not arise out of the operation of
<br />any equipment listed in Paragraph 6.b.

<br />ment',
<br />Paragraphs b. and c. above do not apply to
<br />"accidents" that occur away from premises
<br />owned bynrrented toan''inaured"with respect
<br />to~poUotanta" not inorupon mcovered "auto"
<br />if:
<br />(1) The ^pdlutom1s`orany property in which
<br />the °poUutantm°are contained are upset,
<br />overturned or damaged as o result of
<br />the maintenance or use of a covered
<br />"auto"; and
<br />(2) The diaohepQe, dispersal, aeepaQo, mi-
<br />Qratinn, release orescape ofthe "pollut-
<br />ants" in caused directly by such upset,
<br />overturn ordamage.
<br />E. "Diminution in ve|ue" means the actual or
<br />per-
<br />ceived loss in market value or resale value which
<br />results from a direct and accidental ^|oee^.
<br />F. "Employee" includes m "leased worker". ~Enm-
<br />pdoyee~does not include a "temporary worker".
<br />G. ^lneured'^means any person ororganization quah-
<br />fying as an insured in the Who Is An Insured pro-
<br />vision of the applicable coverage. Except with re-
<br />spect to Limit of |nsunsnoe, the coverage af-
<br />forded applies separately to each insured who is
<br />seeking coverage or against whom a claim or
<br />'' suit' iabrought.
<br />H. "Insured contract" means:
<br />1. Alease ofpremises;
<br />2. ,4sidetrack agreement;
<br />3. Any easement orlicense agreement, except in
<br />connection with construction or demolition op-
<br />erations onorwithin 5Ufeet ofarailroad;
