<br />C. "Bodily injury" means bodily injury, sickness or
<br />disease sustained by person including death re-

<br />D. "Covered pollution cost or expense" means any
<br />cost nrexpense arising out of:
<br />I. Any m*quest, dememd, order or statutory or
<br />regulatory requirement that any ^inaumsd^ or
<br />others test for, momihor, clean up, remove, con-
<br />tmin, tpmat, detoxify or n*utra|ize, or in any way
<br />respond to, or assess the effects of "pollut-
<br />ants"; or

<br />3. Any claim or "suit" by or on behalf ofa gov-
<br />ernmental authority for damages because of
<br />testing for, munitohnQ, cleaning up, n*moving,
<br />conteimimg, treatinQ, detoxifying or neutralizing,
<br />or in any way responding t#orassessing the
<br />effects of"po|Uutemta,'
<br />"Covered pollution cost o/expense" does nothm-
<br />o|ude any cost orexpense arising out ofthe ec-
<br />toa|, alleged or threatened discharge, diapenee|,
<br />oeepage, migmdiom, release orescape «f"pollut-
<br />ants":
<br />a. That are, or that are contained in any prop-
<br />ertYthat is:
<br />(1) Being transported or towed by, handled,
<br />or handled for movement into, onto or
<br />from the covered ^auto^�
<br />(2) Otherwise in the course of transit by or
<br />onbehalf cfthe ''ineured'":
<br />.
<br />(3) Being atoned, disposed of, treated or
<br />processed in or upon the covered
<br />"auto";
<br />b. Before the "pollutants" or any property in
<br />which the "pollutants" are contained are
<br />moved from the place where they are ac-
<br />cepted by the ^inaured''for movement into
<br />oronto the covered ^aubz^; o/
<br />o. After the "pollutants" or any property in
<br />which the "pollutants" are contained are
<br />moved from the covered °autm"tothe place
<br />where they are finally delivered, disposed of
<br />orabandoned bythe ^inmured"
<br />Paragraph a.above does not apply to fuels, hu-
<br />bricanty, fluida, exhaust gases or other similar
<br />~po/utants" that are needed for or result from
<br />the normal e|ectrico|, hydraulic or nnmohmnioa|
<br />functioning ofthe covered ~amto^orits parts. if:
<br />(1) The ''pol|ubants^escape, seep' migrate,
<br />or are discharged, dispersed or re-
<br />leased directly from an "uuto" part de-
<br />signed by its manufacturer to ho|d,
<br />sture, receive or Mapose of such "pol-
<br />lutants"; and
<br />(2) The "bodily injury'`. "property damage"
<br />or "covered pollution cost or expense"
<br />does not arise out nfthe operation of
<br />any equipment listed in Paragraph 6.b.
<br />or 6,c. of the definition of "mobile equip-
<br />ment,
<br />Paragraphs b. and o. above do not apply to
<br />"accidents" that occur away from premises
<br />owned by or rented to an "insured" with respect
<br />to"poWutmnta'^ not inorupon acovered °eutP"
<br />if:
<br />(1) The "pollutants" or any property in which
<br />the "po0utamts' are contained are upset,
<br />overturned or damaged as o result of
<br />the maintenance or use of a covered
<br />",mwbo"';and
<br />(2) Thedimoharge. dispersal, aaepoga, mi-
<br />Qration, release orescape cf the "pollut-
<br />ants" is caused directly by such upset,
<br />overturn or damage
<br />E. "Diminution in ua|ue~ means the actual or per-
<br />ceived
<br />epoeived |oam in market value or nuaa|e value which
<br />results from a direct and accidental "loss".
<br />F. includes a "leased worker". "Em-
<br />ployee" does not include a "temporary worker".
<br />Em-pNoyee~doemnotindudea'temporag/worker".
<br />G. °|nmuped°means any person ororganization quali-
<br />fying as an insured in the Who Is An |nawmd pro-
<br />vision of the applicable coverage. Except with re-
<br />spect to the Limit of |nsunanoe, the coverage af-
<br />forded applies separately to each insured who is
<br />seeking coverage or against whom a c�aim or
<br />''auit`isbrought.
<br />M. "Insured contract" means:
<br />1. A|eose of premises-,
<br />2. A sidetrack agreement-,
<br />3. Any easement mrlicense agreement, except in
<br />connection with construction or demolition op-
