<br />C. "Bodily injury^' means bodily injory, aiuknoam or

<br />O. "Covered po|Uubom cost or expense" means any
<br />cost orexpense arising out of:
<br />1. Any naqmes1, demand, order or statutory or
<br />regulatory requirement that any ^inmured" or
<br />others test for, mmnitnr, clean up, remove, omm-
<br />bain, tneet, detoxify o/ neutmUize, or in any way
<br />respond to, or aemaoo the effects of "'pollut-
<br />ants"; or
<br />'pu||ut-ante'';or
<br />2. Any claim or "suit" by or on behalf cfm gov-
<br />ernmental authority for damages because of
<br />besting for, monitoring, cleaning mp, m»moving,
<br />containing, treating' detoxifying or nmutra|izing,
<br />or in any way responding boorassessing the
<br />effects of"po||mtanta"
<br />"Covered pollution cost orexpense" does notio-
<br />o|ude any cost orexpense arising out nfthe ao-
<br />bua|. alleged or threatened diaohorge, dispersal,
<br />seepage, mignabon, release or escape of''poy>ut-
<br />ants":
<br />m. That are, orthat are contained �n any prop-
<br />erty that is:
<br />(1) Being transported or towed by, hond|ed,
<br />or handled for movement into, onto or
<br />from the covered ''aoto';
<br />(2) Otherwise in the course of transit by or
<br />ombehalf cfthe ''ineunsd''�
<br />(%) Being stoned, disposed of, treated or
<br />processed in or upon the covered
<br />"auto"-
<br />b. Before the "pollutants" o/ any property in
<br />which the "pollutants" are contained are
<br />moved from the place where they are ac-
<br />cepted by the ''insuned''for movement into
<br />oronto the covered ''mutu°; or
<br />u. After the "pollutants" or any property in
<br />which the "pollutants"' are contained are
<br />moved from the covered ^auto~tothe place
<br />where they are finally delivered, disposed of
<br />nrabandoned bythe "inmured°
<br />Paragraph e.above does not apply bzfuels, |u'
<br />bricantu, fluids, exhaust gases or other similar
<br />^po||ubsmtu" that are needed for orresult from
<br />the normal e|eothmal, hydraulic or mechanical
<br />functioning cfthe covered ^auto''orits parts, if:
<br />(1) The '`poUutants~escape, seep, mignete,
<br />or are disuherged, dispersed or re-
<br />leased directly from an "auto" part de-
<br />signed by its manufacturer to ho|d,
<br />stone, receive or dispose of such "pol-
<br />lutants"; and
<br />(2) The "bodily injury'. "property damage"
<br />or "covered pollution cost or expense"
<br />does not arise out of the operation o/
<br />any equipment listed in Paragraph G.b.
<br />or 6.c. of the definition of "mobile equip-
<br />ment".
<br />Paragraphs b. and o. above do not apply to
<br />"accidents" that occur away from premises
<br />owned byorrented to an "insured" with respect
<br />to "pollutants" not in or upon a covered "auto"
<br />if:
<br />(1) The "pollutants" or any property in which
<br />the "'pollutants" are contained are upset,
<br />overturned or damaged as a result of
<br />the maintenance or use of a covered
<br />",autm"; and
<br />(2) ThedimohaDQ*. disperma|, aeepage, mi-
<br />gration, na|eamm or escape of the "pollut-
<br />ants" is caused directly by such upset,
<br />overturn mrdamage.
<br />E. "Diminution in wa|oe/' means the actual or per-
<br />ceived |000 in market value or resale value which
<br />results from edirect and accidental "|oao"
<br />F. includes m "leased worke�. "Em-
<br />ployee"' does not include a"temporary worke�.
<br />G. "Inoured°means any person urorganization quali-
<br />fying as an insured in the Who Is An Insured pro-
<br />vision of the applicable coverage. Except with re-
<br />spect bothe Limit ofInsurance, the coverage af-
<br />forded applies separately tmeach insured who la
<br />seeking coverage or against whom a deirn or
<br />^uuit'imbrought,
<br />H. "Insured contract" means:
<br />1. Alease ofpremises;
<br />2. A sidetrack agreement;
<br />%. Any easement mrlicense agreement, except in
<br />connection with construction or demolition op-
<br />erations on or within 50 feet of a railroad-,
