S &S is responsible for leading the Project Kick -Off which will include: Review of new features <br />to be implemented, interfaces, test plan requirements, conversion expectations, pain <br />points /business process review, data cleansing requirements, security review /changes, <br />printer matrix, training matrix, document review (work order templates and letters) as <br />required, simulation plan, go -live plan, signed quotes to ensure everything is carried forward, <br />changes in functionality - reasons for why functionality may have not been preserved in v4.5. <br />a. During the kick -off, S &S will review current business processes and pain points in <br />Customer Service, Field Ops, Billing, C &C, and Accounting. Based on this review, <br />proposed changes will be reviewed during Project Team Training. <br />b. For the duration of the project TTP will be the method used to capture and <br />document issues. Status of project issues can be viewed on -line (TTP <br />login /passwords will be provided if required). <br />c. In the event the project time line is shifted as a result of the customer or third <br />party for the customer, S &S will do its best to reschedule resources. The customer <br />must be aware that blackout out times will exist for S&S. The future blackout times <br />will be communicated during the Kick -Off meeting. <br />II. S &S will complete a network diagram which details all enQuesta hardware. <br />III. Cognos - S &S will provide the updated Metadata document that lists the table(s) and view(s) <br />changes as a result of the new enQuesta version. The new document will be provided to the <br />customer within 2 weeks of the completion of the first conversion. <br />IV. S &S will complete all data conversion activities. The data conversion process consists of a set <br />of activities grouped into three primary segments: <br />e Data Conversion Assessment - Inventory & Analysis <br />e Data Conversion Mapping Design, Conversion Planning and Unit Testing <br />e Data Conversion System Testing, Production Execution and Validation <br />Data Conversion Process Overview <br />Assessment <br />Design & Testing <br />Execution <br />Eu,., .d ft.. s &s DM, Pl- <br />S &S will migrate existing enQuesta data to enQuesta v4.5 in an as -is state.
