Section 5 <br />Monitoring Well Sound Wall Construction <br />The noise levels increases generated from the construction of the sound wall at <br />the monitoring well would range from 9.3 dB increase to 13.2 dB increase. The <br />construction of the Sound wall would take 2 days and the removal of the sound <br />wall Would take 2 days. As shown in Table 64, the sound wall construction would <br />exceed the City's day time noise standard.
