Section 5 <br />With the construction of the sound walls the well development activities would <br />result in noise levels that would range from a 0.1 dB increase to 8.1 dB increase. <br />As shown in Table 75, the well development activities would not exceed the <br />City's day time noise standard. Additionally, the development activities for the <br />monitoring well would occur during the day when the construction activity would <br />be exempt under the City's Noise Ordinance.
