As shown in Table 76, the well development activities would not <br />exceed the City's night time noise standard. Potential noise impacts would be <br />less than significant. <br />Phase 5 Construction Activities <br />Under Alternative 3, the Phase 5 construction activities would be limited to <br />Borehole Drilling and Reaming at MBI-4 without concurrent MB12 well <br />development activities. The noise levels created during the borehole drilling at <br />MBI-4 is shown in Table 77 and Table 78.
