Potential conflicts with <br />the County of Orange Congestion Management Program would not occur. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No mitigation measures are required. <br />Level of Impact <br />Alternative 1: No adverse impact <br />Alternative 2: No adverse impact <br />Alternative 3: No adverse impact <br />Alternative 4: No adverse impact <br />IMPACT T-3: Would the project increase hazards to a design feature or <br />iincompatible uses or equipment? <br />The construction of the Proposed Project would require temporary lane closures <br />along Edinger Avenue, Edinger Avenue/Mohawk Drive entrance to Centennial <br />Park and along the Centennial Park Loop Road. The temporary lane closures <br />could affect existing circulation patterns within and outside of Centennial Park, <br />including access to Godinez High School parking structure and to student drop <br />off areas. Additionally, construction activities that would occur withrin Centennial <br />Park near Godinez High School Could result in student/ pedestrian construction <br />equipment safety conflicts. The construction activities would also result in the <br />temporary loss of parking area within Centennial Park, <br />Alternativell: No Federal ActionlNo Project <br />Under Alternative 1, the project would not be implemented. There would not be <br />any construction activities that would require temporary lane closures along <br />Edinger Avenue, Edinger Avenue/Mohawk Drive entrance and along the <br />Centennial Park Loop Road. Additionally, no potential student/ pedestrian <br />construction vehicle safety conflicts or temporary loss of parking at Centennial <br />Park would occur. <br />Alternative 2: Proposed Project <br />Edinger Avenue Lane Closure <br />The water supply pipeline to the injection wells would be constructed beneath the <br />south shoulder of Edinger Avenue, The construction activities would require <br />temporary travel lane closure along Edinger Avenue between just west of the <br />Edinger Avenue Bridge to the Edinger Avenue/Mohawk entrance into Centennial <br />Park. The temporary closures would be for approximately 20 days. A traffic <br />impact analysis was conducted under a closed travel lane condition along <br />Mid Basin Centennial Park IALql',-Project Final EIR 5-227 <br />
