Section 6 <br />The project area is situated within an urbanized area that is predominately built <br />out. The project area does not contain vacant lands in the immediate area to <br />support large development projects. The majority of the new development would <br />be infill development projects scattered in different locations throughout the Uty <br />of Santa Ana.
